Mainstream organizations are embracing cloud computing as prime business strategies. Tapping the potential of Cloud; Approach Solutions, scripting an intuitive application on SAP HANA that understands end user’s needs. “Approach Solutions has crafted Growing Teams, a scalable application for managing every aspect of an organization in the cloud.
To make the application innovative and affordable, Approach leveraged SAP’s HANA cloud platform to deliver Growing Teams which also reduces the cost overheads incurred with On-premise solutions. The application is capable of learning user’s preferences in each area and renders relevant content on screen thus reducing usage complexities to just point and click. “HANA is SAP’s big data database that delivers the same speed of access anywhere across the globe, allowing us to process, Rosters, Time evaluation, Payroll, Costing and Billing ‘in the moment’, removing the need for the authorisation steps that come with legacy systems”.
Growing Teams allows organizations to manage time efficiently overseeing the non-revenue generating time sheets with simple clicks. The application effectively plans rosters permitting breaks between shifts with minimum workdays and maximum work hours to be clocked in a quarter. It sends out warning messages when work time exceeds and strikes a balance in fatigue management. The application also enables users to apply custom rules to stay compliant. Growing Teams clusters accidents data and time worked history to generate trends and displays graphical representation on the effects of mismanaging shift planning and where fatigue recommendations have been overruled.
